In June 2026, GIZ-GOIS, g.i.z. participated in one of the most important and prestigious international defense and security fairs — Eurosatory 2026, which took place at the Paris-Nord Villepinte exhibition center in Paris, France. The participation took place within the framework of the Slovenian national pavilion under the auspices of SPIRIT Slovenia.

Eurosatory is the world’s largest land and air defense and security fair, attracting more than 2,000 exhibitors and official delegations from over 93 countries to Paris every two years. Being present at this fair is not just about seeing the latest innovations — it means being part of the global industry, being visible and being relevant.

And this was precisely the goal of GIZ-GOIS at Eurosatory 2026.

Slovenia united — appearing under a common flag

GIZ-GOIS appeared at the fair as part of the national Slovenian pavilion under the umbrella of SPIRIT Slovenia, which was a clear signal of unity and organized presence of the Slovenian defense and security sector on the international stage. A joint appearance under the Slovenian flag is not only symbolic — it is a strategic advantage that raises recognition, strengthens credibility and opens doors that would be more difficult for an individual to access.
