industry. Arctur’s research and development department participates in a wide range of projects in fields such as HPC, big data, and artificial intelligence. Arctur plays a crucial role in the AI4DEF project under the European Defence Industrial Development Programme (EDIDP) and two EDF (European Defence Fund) projects: NG-MIMA, which aims at the next generation of military avionics with integrated modular avionics, and CARMENTA PF, which enhances the survivability of autonomous fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. Arctur is also at home in the field of radioactive radiation detection,
particularly with AISense Gamma IV, the only handheld device that shows the direction towards the radiation source in real-time.
