Nanocut d.o.o. has been producing high-quality industrial LED lights and special LED lights for 11 years. We have extensive technological knowledge in the fields of mechanical engineering, power electronics, physics and optics. The most technologically demanding project was the development of a radiation-resistant LED light, tested up to gamma radiation dose of 156 000Gy. A standard LED light can withstand radiation up to 100Gy. Our clients are NPPs, military research institutes, ion accelerators, cyclotrons for producing isotopes for medical use, and research laboratories in the defence industry. Another complex product is the UV LED light, which is used for detecting small cracks in forgings. It emits a narrow spectrum of UV light with 365nm +/- 5nm wavelength. We are also specialized in the production of small-batch parts made from thicker sheet metal using deep drawing and bending processes. All development and production of mechanical and electronic assemblies take place in-house.
